Your mission as a Sales Executive is to sell INSURANCE solution software via pipeline generation, building senior level relationships, attending product demonstrations, contract negotiation, product set-up and delivery. This person will be someone who is a highly motivated individual who can successfully work with all levels in an organization to develop the business with a high closing rate. It is expected that you will work closely with renowned customers and partners and be part of a fast growing and international team with strong engineering and banking skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sell INSURANCE solution around our clients’ current solution portfolio.
  • Build account plans, operational strategy and drive activity.
  • Work with marketing to drive lead generation through cold-calling, networking and various other prospecting techniques.
  • Determine qualified leads through evaluation of prospect requirements and development of a concise understanding of prospects’ decision-making processes and criteria.
  • Build up relationships with decision-influencing, senior executives within customers’ organizations.
  • Move opportunities along the sales process.
  • Manage forecasting of deals and resources needed to close and win new business.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

  • 6-8 years’ experience in sales gained from Fintech companies or consultancy firm in the banking and financial industry.
  • 4-6 years of work experience within or with the INSURANCE industry.
  • Clear understanding of the dynamics involved in selling software licenses.
  • In-depth knowledge of INSURANCE systems.
  • Proven track record of sales achievement and exceeding annual quota targets.
  • Extensive contacts within the INSURANCE space in the region.
  • Bachelor level degree
  • Thai language strongly preferred but Fluent English is mandatory
