Chief Commercial Officer – Core Banking Solutions (Head of Sales – Core Banking Solutions)

Base Location: In any key financial location in Europe

Our client is a European based Fintech company with nearly two decades of providing banking solutions and services to local and multinational banks globally. They provide modular and integrated software solutions in every aspect of banking and financial services namely Core Banking, Anti-money Laundering, E-banking, Mobile banking, Payment Systems, among others which are offered under the on-premises, SaaS and BaaS models. They are well established in major financial centres in Europe. Chief Commercial Officer leads the sales of our client in selling their solutions in more than 40 countries across Tier 3 to 5 banks whilst expanding their global reach and growing their Go-To-Market team.


ANKH is exclusively retained to conduct a confidential and exclusive search for a top-quality sales and business development executive as Chief Commercial Officer – Global, based in one of the key financial centers in Europe. You will open doors, sell services, maintain C level relationships with targeted banks, help our client promote and sell their software while closely working with partners thereby generating software and services opportunities revenue for your new organization, ensure that services delivered match or exceed the existing excellent quality delivery reputation of our client, make sure offshore and global head-quarters teams are well linked with the rest of services.


Key Skills and Experience Required

  • 15-25 years of professional experience gained from Fintech companies or consultancy firms in the banking and financial industry.
  • Leading and further developing our client’s sales and sales teams capability.
  • Successful track record of generating revenue through selling complex financial/banking solutions into the BFSI sector.
  • Currently based in Europe or about to return to his/her home in Europe after a short break.
  • Deep understanding of the banking industry framework.
  • Experienced individual will be capable of supporting a multi-level sales strategy by working as a part of the team and driving the process.
  • An accomplished sales professional with the intellectual ability to engage with clients’ business and develop and improve upon the company’s sales processes.
  • Experience of environments where the sales process involves multiple tiers of complex organisations and where the sales cycles are long and consultative
  • Credible executive network within Europe and Global Banking Community and Governments.
  • A respected name in the international banking community and services and consulting
  • Demonstrated long term service with past employers a must
  • Entrepreneurial mind set and skills a must to fit in with the existing Executive team
