We are partnering with a global FinTech leader that empowers financial institutions with next-generation Treasury and Capital Markets (TCM) solutions. As part of their APAC expansion strategy, they are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to lead strategic growth in the Philippines market, while being based in Singapore.

🧩 About the Role

As Senior Sales Executive – Treasury & Capital Markets, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client’s footprint across the Philippines, focusing on enterprise-level banking clients. This is a role for a strategic hunter and a relationship builder — someone who can open doors, influence decision-makers, and close complex enterprise deals.

Your deep knowledge of banking software and your strong C-level network within the Philippines’ financial sector will set you up for success.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle for Treasury & Capital Market solutions — from prospecting and solution positioning to deal closure and post-sale relationship development.

  • Lead engagements with Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks and financial institutions in the Philippines.

  • Leverage your C-level network to build trusted relationships and identify strategic opportunities.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Actively contribute to sales forecasting, pipeline development, and CRM discipline.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory dynamics in both TCM and Philippine banking markets.


Who We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience in banking software, SaaS, or FinTech solutions.

  • Proven track record of selling to Philippine financial institutions, preferably Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks.

  • Strong understanding of Treasury and Capital Markets is a big advantage.

  • Ability to articulate and tailor solutions that address complex client needs, especially in treasury operations, liquidity management, and capital markets automation.

  • Excellent relationship builder with a network of C-level stakeholders.

  • A collaborative, commercial mindset with strong internal and external stakeholder management.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Preferably a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

  • Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
