Sales Account Executive – Banking Solutions

The Sales Account Executive – Banking Solutions will have a wide range of integrated Portfolio of Products, best ability to sell and cross sell compared to competition. Our client’s solutions enable customers to deploy mission critical technology on premises or in the cloud. With their scale and geographical reach, they drive valued solutions and opportunity for customers regardless of size or geography.


(S)He will be an individual contributor role owning account management, establish account plans and strategies, and drive continued investment of our client’s products on existing accounts across in the region. Whilst further expanding the already strong footprint of our client in Singapore by growing and developing the business through implementation of sales strategies driven from a local territory plan.



  • Grow revenue through the identification of add-on and up-sale opportunities within existing client base and retain revenue though the successful execution of signature-based renewals.
  • Working with customer stakeholders to understand their bank’s strategy, challenges, and opportunities and articulating how our client’s banking software can help them achieve their objectives.
  • Provide insight and plan effective sales campaigns to operate successfully in competitive bid scenarios.
  • Lead and collaborate the extended client’s internal teams for account planning, new project opportunities and to ensure business objectives and customer expectations are met.
  • Identify market opportunities that contribute to the development and growth of a strong sales pipeline which will enable annual targets to be met.
  • Develop strategies and pursuit plans to bring identified opportunities to a timely, clearly forecasted close.
  • Act as a point of escalation for client resolution on issues. Ensure client challenges are resolved in a timely and professional manner and comply with agreed upon Service Level Agreements.

  • 8+ years of professional experience in sales and account management capacity of Complex Banking Solutions (Payments, Lending, Universal Banking, Treasury & Capital Markets) and a proven track record of selling into and managing strategic accounts and Tier 1 and Tier 2 Banks and Financial Institutions
  • Excellent knowledge and contacts within the banking and financial sector in Singapore.
  • Strong business knowledge on core/complex BANKING solutions & technologies.
  • Ability to lead complex sales engagements where appropriate and to manage major/strategic accounts.
  • Demonstrated successful track record in Sales and Account Management; experience in complex sales including engaging early in the customer buying cycle at senior levels, building long-term strategic and executive relationships, and opportunity planning.
  • Strong commercial awareness, excellent client facing and interpersonal skills.
  • You will need to travel to clients depending on pandemic conditions.
  • You are fluent in English.
