Customer Success Manager - Banking Solutions and Services will be reporting to the Regional Customer Success Management Director and will be a key member of the Customer Success team in the Sales organization. The Customer Success Manager will work together with Account Directors and Account Executives to drive customer relationship management with the ultimate goal of retaining customers, ensuring customer loyalty, providing advisory services that drive customer success with our client.   The Customer Success Manager works closely and co-owns the relationship with the Account Directors and Account Executives for assigned accounts and contributes Customer success plan into overall Account Plan.

A true Program Manager in Banking Solutions, with second to none client relationship management and issue resolution skills, you are used to running multiple projects in parallel and delivering extremely high quality on time within budget to Financial Institutions and demanding banking clients. You are politically savy.

Principal Solutions Consultant - Banking Solutions, Singapore

Principal Solutions Consultant / Architect works with various teams (sales, marketing, product management, global delivery, customer support) to ensure that all pre-sales activities are executed to the highest possible standards and ensure that all proposals provide a compelling value proposition and truly meet the customer’s needs. S(He) should have a wide range of both business & technical skills and competencies, are highly motivated and drive best practice approach to all pre-sales activities, client facing demos, customer workshops and RFI and RFP management processes. The Principal Solutions Consultant / Architect will be the trusted advisor to customers on Payments and Core Banking Solutions, presenting and delivering the business value solutions, proposals, conducting Proof-of-Concept to showcase its technical feasibility, proposing the solution and overseeing the selection of technologies.
