Customer Success Manager - Lending Solutions and Services will be a key member (individual contributor) of the Customer Experience team in the Sales organization. The Customer Success Manager will work together with Sales, Account Directors and Account Executives to drive customer relationship management with the goal of on-sell, retaining customers, ensuring customer loyalty, providing advisory services that drive customer success with our client.
