We are seeking experienced Senior Executive Search Consultant with a strong background in recruiting for banking software vendors, FinTech firms, and FSI technology providers. Responsibilities

  • Execute global searches for senior to executive-level roles in Banking and FinTech.
  • Source, headhunt, screen, and manage candidates from start to offer stage.
  • Prepare compelling job descriptions and manage postings on relevant platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through portals, databases, and direct sourcing.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication between clients and candidates.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and status reports.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, ensuring a high-quality experience.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of total recruitment experience, including 3–5+ years recruiting for Banking Software, FinTech, or Financial Services Technology companies.
  • Proven headhunting and executive search capabilities in global markets.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, and recruitment tech tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Comfortable working across time zones and in high-performance, flexible work environments.
  • Self-driven, ethical, and aligned with ANKH’s commitment to excellence and integrity.
