We are seeking experienced Senior Executive Search Consultant with a strong background in recruiting for banking software vendors, FinTech firms, and FSI technology providers. Responsibilities
- Execute global searches for senior to executive-level roles in Banking and FinTech.
- Source, headhunt, screen, and manage candidates from start to offer stage.
- Prepare compelling job descriptions and manage postings on relevant platforms.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through portals, databases, and direct sourcing.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication between clients and candidates.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and status reports.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, ensuring a high-quality experience.
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of total recruitment experience, including 3–5+ years recruiting for Banking Software, FinTech, or Financial Services Technology companies.
- Proven headhunting and executive search capabilities in global markets.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, and recruitment tech tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Comfortable working across time zones and in high-performance, flexible work environments.
- Self-driven, ethical, and aligned with ANKH’s commitment to excellence and integrity.
