This is a high-impact, growth-focused sales leadership opportunity with a global employer of choice in the complex payments space. As the Regional Senior Sales Manager – Enterprise Payment Solutions, you will lead new business development and grow strategic relationships across ASEAN, with a focus on Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
Reporting directly to the APAC MD, you will manage a portfolio of integrated, mission-critical solutions for both on-premise and cloud deployment. You’ll represent a powerful offering in the financial software space, with unmatched cross-sell potential.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities within both new and existing client portfolios.
- Manage the complete sales cycle for the client’s Payments products, including prospecting, preparing and presenting proposals, and closing deals.
- Deliver accurate short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to meet and exceed annual sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships within the banking sector.
- Collaborate with third-party partners and consultancy sales teams to maximize sales opportunities through business partners.
- Provide support for market research efforts by sharing insights on banking systems and key industry contacts.
- Partner with pre-sales teams to ensure customers receive appropriate and effective support.
🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10–15+ years of software selling experience to the financial services industry, with 10+ years specifically in Payment Solutions sales.
- Proven track record of selling to Tier 1 and Tier 2 Banks and Financial Institutions.
- Hunter and farmer mentality.
- Deep understanding of the Financial Services industry, particularly in Payments.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with extended cross-functional teams such as Pre-Sales and Professional Services.
- Established C-Level relationships across the top tiers of the Financial Services sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
- Confident in building and maintaining internal and external relationships at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- University degree required.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel as required.
