This is a high-impact, growth-focused sales leadership opportunity with a global employer of choice in the complex payments space. As the Regional Senior Sales Manager – Enterprise Payment Solutions, you will lead new business development and grow strategic relationships across ASEAN, with a focus on Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

Reporting directly to the APAC MD, you will manage a portfolio of integrated, mission-critical solutions for both on-premise and cloud deployment. You’ll represent a powerful offering in the financial software space, with unmatched cross-sell potential.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities within both new and existing client portfolios.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle for the client’s Payments products, including prospecting, preparing and presenting proposals, and closing deals.
  • Deliver accurate short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to meet and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships within the banking sector.
  • Collaborate with third-party partners and consultancy sales teams to maximize sales opportunities through business partners.
  • Provide support for market research efforts by sharing insights on banking systems and key industry contacts.
  • Partner with pre-sales teams to ensure customers receive appropriate and effective support.

🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10–15+ years of software selling experience to the financial services industry, with 10+ years specifically in Payment Solutions sales.
  • Proven track record of selling to Tier 1 and Tier 2 Banks and Financial Institutions.
  • Hunter and farmer mentality.
  • Deep understanding of the Financial Services industry, particularly in Payments.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with extended cross-functional teams such as Pre-Sales and Professional Services.
  • Established C-Level relationships across the top tiers of the Financial Services sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
  • Confident in building and maintaining internal and external relationships at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • University degree required.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
