About the Role

We are partnering with a global FinTech leader to find a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to lead enterprise Payment Solutions sales across the Middle East and Africa (MEA). This is a strategic individual contributor role with uncapped earnings, full regional ownership, and high visibility within a rapidly growing global firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new enterprise sales for payment solutions across the MEA region
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships with banks, financial institutions, and regulators
  • Develop go-to-market strategies to win high-value deals in competitive markets
  • Manage complex sales cycles and forecast revenue accurately
  • Report on MEA performance as part of global sales planning

What We’re Looking For

  • Track record as a proven hunter and closer in FinTech or enterprise software sales
  • Strong experience in Enterprise Payments, Card Management, Issuance, Switches, Gateways
  • Deep regional knowledge and network within the MEA financial services and banking sector
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic preferred); Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region

Fiserv, Mastercard, Visa, ACI Worldwide, TSYS, Icon Payments, Temenos, Oracle/Flexcube, Finastra, Infosys/Finacle, SAP, Mambu, Backbase, HPS, Capgemini, Cognizant, Marqeta, and similar FinTech firms or system integrators.

Relocation Note

Candidates considering relocation to Dubai must have 5+ years of on-the-ground sales experience in MEA in core banking or payment solutions.
