As an Account Manager (Farmer), you will manage a key portfolio of existing clients, focusing on enhancing client relationships and driving long-term business growth through add – ons. This role is focused on strategic account management, nurturing key relationships with major financial institutions/banks across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

You will be the primary point of contact for the local and regional banks as well as the global banks operating in Saudi Arabia or Bahrain and financial institutions, ensuring the ongoing success of their digital lending initiatives and driving continuous business expansion. This position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts by building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within the existing client portfolio, expanding the use of digital lending solutions and identifying new areas for collaboration.
  • Ensure ongoing client success by strategically managing accounts, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive value and ROI.
  • Serve as the trusted partner for Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions and banks, positioning our client as a key enabler of digital lending success.
  • Foster deep consultative relationships with clients, providing ongoing strategic insights, recommendations, and guidance to align our client’s solutions with the evolving business needs of the financial services industry.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as pre-sales, professional services, product, and technology to deliver seamless and effective solutions to clients, ensuring satisfaction and success.
  • Monitor and ensure the execution of client contracts, renewals, and upselling opportunities, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Track and report on account health, success metrics, and client feedback to ensure continuous improvement in the client experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of account management or client success experience in enterprise financial services/banking software, SaaS, or fintech solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry, with primary focus on Lending, including Loan Origination, Digital Lending, Consumer/Commercial Lending Solutions, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance.
  • Proven track record in managing complex accounts and driving long-term client success within the financial services sector.
  • Excellent relationship-building and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage expectations and align solutions with business goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a deep understanding of commercial dynamics and client needs.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (Saudi Nationals are strongly preferred)
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree
