Lending Solutions - Core Banking Solutions - Payment Solutions
Senior Sales Role will lead the strategic direction of one or more of the Lending / Banking / Payments Solutions (The Solution) sales across ASEAN or APAC. The Directors of Senior Sales Role will manage and mentor a team of high performing sales professionals while overseeing the execution of regional go-to-market strategies. Senior Sales Role requires deep understanding of The Solution and a proven track record in scaling businesses within the region.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Sales Role
Develop and execute the regional go-to-market strategy for The Solutions.
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team (for Director Level)
Drive revenue growth by engaging key decision-makers in the banking and financial services sectors.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in senior sales and leadership roles within the Banking and Financial Services sectors, with an emphasis on fintech solutions.
At least 10 years of experience leading the sales of one or more of The Solution: Lending Solutions, Loan Origination, and Credit Assessment, Payment or Core Banking technologies, with a focus on driving business development and market penetration.
Strong technical expertise in Lending, Loan Origination, Credit Assessment, Banking and Payments software solutions, combined with a deep understanding of emerging fintech technologies.
