Product Support / Helpdesk / IT Specialist – Treasury Management System – Capital Markets – Fintech Global Leader – Immediate Hire – Excellent Financial Remuneration and Bonus Structure

 

The Product Support Specialist will be providing technical and functional support for our client’s treasury product. You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during day-to-day operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Daily check and logging into system for validation and opening of tickets, running reports, gathering of data, monitoring and checking on API logs, attend and speak with customers on functional or technical questions
  • Support and take on operational items as clients require and contract permits
  • Research client issues and questions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer items.
  • Troubleshoot problems with equipment or software applications and recommend corrective action or engage necessary technical and product teams to assist.
  • Document customer information as required to support resolution in a timely manner.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of treasury, finance, or accounting experience
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written) and Japanese (JLPT N2)
  • Customer experience in finance/accounting or banking and finance
  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including listening skills
  • Proactive nature and a natural drive for problem solving
  • Graduate of B.S. Computer Science or Treasury / Finance / accounting related degrees.
