Overview: Our client is a top global FinTech company with the world leading lending solution globally. They are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to contribute to the growth of their Lending, Loan Origination, and Credit Assessment Solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with top-tier professionals in a dynamic environment, driving significant sales performance across the region.

Role Summary:
As the Sales Executive – Lending Solutions, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities within the Banking and Financial Services sectors. This individual contributor role is crucial for driving revenue growth and achieving sales objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in lending solutions sales and be adept at building strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition and sales growth by promoting Lending Solutions to financial institutions and fintech companies.
  • Develop and manage the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the assigned geographical region.
  • Lead sales engagements, from presenting solutions to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the regional sales team.
  • Analyze market trends and design targeted sales campaigns to effectively compete in high-value bids.
  • Lead contract negotiations and deal structuring, ensuring alignment with client needs and our client’s delivery capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Solution Engineering and Services, to craft successful responses to tenders, RFIs, and RFPs.
  • Identify and leverage market opportunities to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Provide regular updates on sales forecasts, pipeline management, and regional sales performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven “hunter” and “closer” mentality with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the Banking and Financial Services sectors, particularly in fintech solutions.
  • At least 8 years of experience in selling Lending Solutions, Loan Origination, and Credit Assessment technologies.
  • Strong technical expertise in Lending, Loan Origination, Credit Assessment, and Banking software solutions.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex sales cycles and key accounts, using a consultative sales approach.
  • Demonstrated success in fostering long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills, with a deep understanding of commercial dynamics.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as required to customer sites.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
