As a Sales Executive, you will manage a key portfolio within the total digital lending solutions, aiming to simplify lending processes and enhance risk management, with a focus on high-profile financial services/banking clients across the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey. This is an individual contributor role, responsible for contributing to the sales plans and managing sales opportunities with both new and existing clients. You will be the primary point of contact for the largest regional financial institutions/banks, driving the volume and quality of engagement between our client and these institutions. The Sales Executive will report directly to the Sales Vice President.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Oversee the full sales cycle for our client’s lending products, from prospecting to closing, while ensuring customer needs are met throughout the process.
- Foster long term client success by strategically managing accounts across the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey, identifying opportunities for growth within existing and new customer portfolio.
- Build strong consultative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure our client is seen as a trusted partner in the financial services/banking sector.
- Leverage strong networking skills while enhancing the client experience.
- Drive sales growth through executive relationships from Tier 1 and Tier 2 Financial Institutions/Banks.
- Partner with internal teams such as pre-sales, professional services, product, technology, etc., to deliver seamless and effective solutions to customers.
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of selling experience in enterprise financial services/banking software, SaaS, or Fintech areas
- Deep understanding of the financial services industry, strongly preferred on Lending, including Loan Origination, Digital Lending, Consumer/Commercial Lending Solutions, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance
- Proven expertise in managing complex sales processes and driving successful outcomes within the financial services industry
- Strong ability to establish and nurture relationships with clients, identifying their needs and offering solutions that aligns with their business goals
- Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills, with a deep understanding of commercial dynamics.
- Fluent in English
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- A bachelor’s degree preferred
