In this dynamic role, you’ll become part of our client a global FinTech organization that specializes in empowering financial institutions with its advanced Lending solutions and other complex banking solutions. Our client is primarily looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to lead efforts in expanding their market presence within an exciting customer portfolio, while also acquiring new clients. You will have an opportunity to contribute to the evolution of financial services in the Philippines by selling impactful solutions.
The Senior Sales Executive is an individual contributor focused on selling our client’s lending solutions software to banks and financial services companies in the Philippines.

As the Senior Sales Executive – Lending Solutions, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our client’s offerings in the banking and financial services sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker who can open doors, close complex deals, and develop long-term partnerships with decision-makers across the industry. The ideal candidate will have experience selling lending software solutions and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with leading financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full sales cycle for our client’s Lending Software Solutions products, from prospecting to closing, while ensuring customer needs are met throughout the process for new and existing customers.
- Leverage strong networking skills while enhancing the client experience in the financial services/banking sector.
- Drive sales growth through executive relationships from Tier 1 and Tier 2 Financial Institutions/Banks.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless and effective solutions to customers, while demonstrating strong sales operations focus and driving the effective use of customer relationship platforms for forecasting and updates.
Required Experience:
- 15+ years of selling experience in enterprise financial services/banking software, SaaS, or Fintech areas and 2 – 3 years specifically in selling lending software solutions
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, strongly preferred on Lending/Loan Origination/Credit Risk Solutions.
- Ability to establish and nurture relationships with C-suites in customers, identifying their needs and offering solutions that aligns with their business goals
- Excellent team player with a deep understanding of commercial dynamics.
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel
- A bachelor’s degree is a must
