Lending Solutions – Core Banking Solutions – Payment Solutions
Senior Sales Role will lead the strategic direction of one or more of the Lending / Banking / Payments Solutions (The Solution) sales across ASEAN or APAC. The Directors of Senior Sales Role will manage and mentor a team of high performing sales professionals while overseeing the execution of regional go-to-market strategies. Senior Sales Role requires deep understanding of The Solution and a proven track record in scaling businesses within the region.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Sales Role
- Develop and execute the regional go-to-market strategy for The Solutions.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team (for Director Level)
- Drive revenue growth by engaging key decision-makers in the banking and financial services sectors.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in senior sales and leadership roles within the Banking and Financial Services sectors, with an emphasis on fintech solutions.
- At least 10 years of experience leading the sales of one or more of The Solution: Lending Solutions, Loan Origination, and Credit Assessment, Payment or Core Banking technologies, with a focus on driving business development and market penetration.
- Strong technical expertise in Lending, Loan Origination, Credit Assessment, Banking and Payments software solutions, combined with a deep understanding of emerging fintech technologies.
