As a Solutions Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to demonstrate the value of our client’s financial solutions to senior decision-makers, tailoring your approach to meet the distinct needs of each client. By combining deep market knowledge with strong technical acumen, you will be essential in enduring client relationships and supporting the ongoing growth and success of our client’s payments business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within the financial services sector.
  • Lead pre-sales efforts for our client’s payments solutions, conduct in-depth demonstrations, and engage with customers to understand their challenges.
  • Support responses to RFI/RFPs, delivering tailored presentations and solutions to senior decision-makers, including C-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring continued sales growth and offering ongoing support within payments.
  • Gather market insights to provide valuable input to product management, development, and services teams for continuous solution improvement.
  • Participate in solution discovery sessions, customizing offerings to meet specific client needs, and assist in the technical demonstration of these solutions.
  • Leverage knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to help shape product development and refine sales strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting within Payments Solutions, preferably in fintech or with financial services software providers.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the payments ecosystem, including payment processing, cards, digital wallets, fraud management, multi-channel payments, compliance, and risk management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex fintech concepts for senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales projects simultaneously, working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • A technical background with knowledge of system configurations and fintech solutions.
  • A consultative, client-focused approach with the ability to create tailored solutions.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
